I was disappointed with the lack of privacy in my room. The bathroom design had a glass wall that overlooked the parking lot, leaving me feeling exposed. Additionally, the staff's unhelpfulness in arranging a taxi left me feeling abandoned and anxious about missing my train.

The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore the marina and local markets. A delightful bonus was the hour-long spa access included with our stay, providing a relaxing retreat after sightseeing.

Positive, The sensory pool was amazing after a long hike. I really loved my stay in the spotlessly clean Classic Queen Room, which had a super comfy bed. The location is perfect, being centrally located and quiet. I appreciated the free coffee and flavored waters too! 😊

the room was unbearably small, with barely enough space to maneuver my suitcase. the hallways were a disgrace, filled with messy trolleys. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but was met with indifference instead. the staff really should get their act together, as this place one could almost say has potential. almost, but i just couldn’t.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, truly making us feel welcome. The spa experience was a wonderful touch, allowing for an hour of relaxation that we absolutely cherished. Our room, though initially a classic queen, was quickly switched to a spacious duplex family room, which suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed mornings with a garden view, drinking coffee on the balcony, making our stay even better.
